By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. Our online store serves customers with delivery addresses in the United States.

3. Products and safety

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may vary depending on your screen, and we cannot guarantee that every description is free of errors. Product specifications, certifications and availability may change without notice.

Our protective motorcycle apparel is designed to help reduce the risk of injury but cannot guarantee complete protection. Motorcycling is inherently dangerous. Please read our Important Safety & Legal Information, follow all instructions included with each product, and make sure your gear fits correctly.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider; we do not store your full payment card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, limit or cancel an order, for example in case of obvious pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or if an item is unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

6. Shipping, returns and exchanges

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Warranties

Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our products are provided without express or implied warranties. Where implied warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law, they are limited in duration to one (1) year from the original purchase date. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you. This does not affect your rights for defective items as described in our Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moto Reloaded Gear USA LLC, its parent company and their directors, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
