Refund policy

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition, including all tags and packaging.

How to start a return

Returns are initiated through our return portal: log in to your order and follow the return instructions. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions and a shipping label.

Return fee

For returns, a $10 return handling fee is deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Free size exchanges

If the size does not fit, we offer free exchanges for a different size of the same item. Send the item back to our US address and we ship the new size from Connecticut or Canada free of charge.

US return address

All returns are handled within the US. You do not need to send items abroad. If you use your own label, please send your return to:

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account.
