Orders typically ship the next business day from our U.S. fulfillment partner in Connecticut.

If an item is not currently stocked in the U.S., it will ship directly from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery may take slightly longer in this case, but we take care of all duties and import taxes.

Returns and exchanges are handled within the US, not in Germany.
