Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
We ship orders from our U.S. fulfillment partner in Connecticut.
If an item is not currently stocked in our U.S. warehouse, it may ship directly from our warehouse in Germany.
Will I have to pay duties or import taxes?
No.
All orders are shipped Duty Paid.
This means all duties and import taxes are already included, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
U.S. warehouse: 2–5 business days
Germany warehouse: approximately 5–10 business days
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the continental United States.
For orders under $150, a flat shipping rate of $12.95 applies.
Shipping costs for Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns are handled within the US, so you do not need to ship products back to Germany.
