Shipping policy
Orders ship from our US fulfillment partner in Connecticut. Items not currently stocked in the US ship from our warehouse in Canada. Shipments from Canada are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): all duties and import fees are covered by us, so there are no extra charges on delivery.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over $150 within the continental United States
- Flat rate $12.95 for orders under $150 within the continental United States
- Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is calculated at checkout
Our carriers are UPS and USPS.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery from our US warehouse: approximately 2–5 business days.
- Delivery from our warehouse in Canada: approximately 5–10 business days.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A prepaid return label can be provided; $10 is deducted from the refund. Exchanges for a different size of the same item are free. Full details in our Refund Policy.
