Orders typically ship the next business day from our U.S. fulfillment partner in Connecticut.

Some items may ship directly from our warehouse in Germany if they are not currently stocked in the U.S. In this case, delivery may take approximately 5–10 business days.

    Free shipping on orders over $150 within the continental United States.

    Flat rate shipping $12.95 for orders under $150.

    Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout.

    Our carriers are UPS and USPS.

  • DELIVERY TIME

    Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.

    Estimated delivery times from the U.S. warehouse 2–5 business days, from our Germany warehouse approximately 5–10 business days.

    You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A prepaid return label can be provided and $10 will be deducted from the refund.

    We offer free exchanges for a different size of the same item.
