You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition, including all tags and packaging.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Returns can be initiated directly through our return portal. Please log in to your order and follow the return instructions. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions and a shipping label.
RETURN FEE
For returns, a $10 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Any original shipping costs are non-refundable.
FREE SIZE EXCHANGES
If the size does not fit, we offer free size exchanges. You send the wrong size to our US address, we ship the new size from Conneticut or Germany for free.
US Return Address
All returns are handled within the US. You do not need to send items back to Germany.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account.
